Yes, we will handle it all, from taking photos, marketing your property, gathering qualified candidates and obtaining background checks and credit reports. Once we agree on the final candidate, we will provide you with a signed lease agreement.

Based on the information provided during the screening process, we can choose your apartments' most reliable and responsible tenants. In most cases, you will be provided with the top 2 or 3 candidates so you can evaluate their applications and decide which candidate to move forward with.
