Yes, we will handle it all, from taking photos, marketing your property,  gathering qualified candidates and obtaining background checks and credit reports.  Once we agree on the final candidate, we will provide you with a signed lease agreement.

We conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks, credit evaluations, and employment and rental history verification.  Based on the information provided during the screening process, we can choose your apartments' most reliable and responsible tenants.  In most cases, you will be provided with the top 2 or 3 candidates so you can evaluate their applications and decide which candidate to move forward with.

We understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable living environment for all our residents.  Our dedicated maintenance team responds promptly to tenants' maintenance requests.  We coordinate repairs and regular inspections to ensure that your apartments are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.  Once a maintenance call is received, we will evaluate the best, most cost-effective way to resolve the issue and coordinate a time with the tenant to resolve the issue promptly.
